The weekend of September 21-24th, I worked as a runner for Tyler Perry's newest play, "What's Done in the Dark", performed at the Fox Theater. I made the typical runs, but it was also fun working with the Tour Manager, Luchia. At the show, the Atlanta audience was also the first to view the trailer for his new movie, "Daddy's Little Girls" which opens February 14th, 2007. I worked on that film for a day, and the restaurant scene was actually in the trailer (it happened too fast for me to really see if I am visible or not)! I also got a chance to talk with Tyler on Saturday night about the film and some of his other work. This man is brilliant, and I admire his work and respect what he is doing for the community and the city of Atlanta.
