Women's Day - a gift that will keep on giving!
Daisy was excited to be able to use her talents for God during this year’s Women’s Day. She produced and narrated the opening video, with the editing help of LV Harrell of LaMarv Productions. In addition, she had the opportunity to use her dancing skills once again in the hip hop dance finale (a dance mix of Mary Mary’s “Shackles” and “Heaven”). She also shot footage of the event, and again using the help of LV Harrell, created an event highlight reel for the church’s website. All three videos are available here on her website for viewing:

This year’s Women's Day entitled "The Gift," was a gift that will surely keep on giving. Over 800 women gathered at Portsmouth Renaissance Hotel to hear Women's Ministry Leader, Jennifer Lambert, preach powerfully about the gift of God. Based on John 4:10, "If you knew the gift of God...," she called the women to open the Gift of God, and live a life of radical gratitude striving to appreciate the greatest gift God has ever given: His Son. There was an overwhelming sense of excitement throughout the afternoon as the fellowship was encouraging, amazing door prizes were given, and musical performances that were simply spectacular.
